What should i do before i buy?
Its best to contact us before you buy, to check that the item is still for sale and to discuss shipping. How much will shipping be?
This depends on the size of the item and which country it is going to. We only charge the estimated postage costs. . As a rough example, an 8 inch plate will cost £9 within the UK and $22 to the USA. In the Uk we only use Special Delivery.
Can i return the item?
Appreciating that buying antiques over the internet is slightly "odd", our Policy is that you may return any item for any reason whatsoever. So even if you just dont fancy it, when you see it in the flesh, you can return it for a full refund. The responsibility and cost for return however rests with yourself.
Are your items guaranteed?
YES. All our items are guaranteed to be as described and to be authentic Clarice Cliff pieces.
Can i see the item before i buy?
WE are based in Kent near Maidstone. If you are in that area arrangements can be made for viewing. We also regularly exhibit at:- The Art Deco Fair, Hove Town Hall, Brighton: The DMG Antique Fair, Detling , Maidstone: The Antique Fair, Alexandra Palace, London. If you can attend one of these Fairs, we will be pleased to bring the item along.
How do i pay?
Once the total price is agreed you can pay by two methods. Firstly, you can send a personal cheque/check. This can be in £'sterling or US$'s. (We will provide the address on request). Secondly, you can pay with your Credit card via the PAYPAL sytem.
How do i pay via Paypal?
On each of the webpages there are two Icons at the bottom of the page. To pay in US$'s click on the icon marked PAYPAL. To pay in £'s click on the icon marked VISA/MASTERCARD. Clicking one of these these icons will take you directly to the PAYPAL page that has been set up to include our details. If you are a member of Paypal, simply enter your Paypal password and the amount to be paid.
What if i am not a member of Paypal?
Still click on the icons mentioned above. Paypal now allows anyone to pay via their system, whether you are a Paypal member or not. Put the amount of payment in the Box at the top.
